Influences
"Tara Napoli's music is like finding a dark cloud with a silver lining. The Los Angeles based writer and multi instrumentalist writes moody indie rock songs that push past hard moments to arrive at breakthroughs and personal revelations. Tara is a rare writer who pursues the dark and light in life with such vigor."

The voice of an Elven princess who was asked to leave fairyland after she fell into a vat of 20 year old bourbon and got out 3 times to go to the lavatory before finally quite blissfully drowning; only to be reincarnated in human form as Tara Napoli. Witty, acerbic, and definitely not a member of the Laura Ashely school of Edwardian whimsy which so many femme song writers seem to adhere to, Tara engraves her name on your coffee table and draws moustaches across your art.
LOS ANGELES native Tara Napoli’s songs delve into the depth of the human psyche with unbridled compassion.
Through a raw interpretation of life, Tara's lyrics directly jar the predictability of human nature while simultaneously quenching our desire for hope.
This songwriter pulls intensity from the mundane, the simple from the complex while delivering the inexplicable with conviction and veracity.
Risking everything for the truth, Tara's vocals cut straight to the core.
This signature sound is compelling and commands your attention.
Having just executive produced her latest demo "Sheer Abandon", Tara is currently working on her upcoming showcases while continuing to write and record new material at her home studio.
The new album 'Welcome To Murraysville' is now available worldwide from CDBaby. You can also get the album from Apple iTunes. Other digital distribution including MSN Music, Rhapsody and Napster will be available in the next few months.
FRIDAY 4TH JULY 2008 @ The Warehouse,Boucher Road, Belfast
KYLE GEIGER (US) (Drumcode)
Named in DJ Mag as the "breakthrough DJ of 2008" by Adam Beyer, Kyle's explosive decks and effects DJ sets bridge the divide between techno and minimal.
Originally inspired by the harder, percussive stylings of the late 90's Swedish techno sound featured on seminal labels like Drumcode and Code Red, Kyle has witnessed the evolution of the genre as it morphed into a slower, groove based sound.
We're happy to have Kyle joining us between gigs at the legendary Berghain (Berlin) and rising stars mUmU (Liverpool) so get down early for this one...

Hello Tara. Thank you for your friendship and for making wonderful music for us all to enjoy! Loved listening to your songs! Have a terrific week. Ramzi.
You get song after song of really (...) fast death thrash with less melody then Darkane, The Haunted or The Crown. The production isn't bad but it does sound pretty raw however in this case I can't whine about it because it goes along the music without problem. There are no solos anywhere on this album, no clean vocals, no song intros to speak of, no ballads, no slow parts at all. Defleshed play and never falter from the formula of blisteringly fast ultraviolent death thrash and if your like me, you'll (...) love it
