Thanks to our sponsors, Tarbert is still mainly a free festival - there is a small admission fee for the main gig on Saturday Night only - now back in our newly renovated Village Hall (the only gig we charge for - no tickets needed - pay at the door) and a collection throughout the festival to cover costs - please give generously! I have fond memories of playing at Tarbert Music Festival, many moon's ago, with my first band 'Whisky Fingers'. The power went off, and everyone thought the gig would be cancelled, but we dug around in the cupboards and found some candles, so we did the gig without a P.A. and in candlelight, which was much better. When the power eventually came back on after about 45 minutes, we didn't bother to use the P.A. and turned all the lights back off, as everyone was enjoying the vibe ! - Good times. Good luck with 2010.
Hey how are you..Hopefully you got a chance to listen. I know alot of kids have myspace on they're phone..don't you wish you could listen to the player on the phone to. I hope they add that feature sometime :)
