About me:

i listen to an extraordinary amount of music and am amazingly picky about what i like. i love computers and what they've done to both society and the world in regards to allowing the free-flow of information and the exchange of ideas. i love photography and art. i love taking photos when the urge strikes me and i don't like to follow rules, but rather, make them up as i go along. for digital pictures, i am currently using a canon sd750 and for analogue, i am using a holga 120n and diana f+ toy camera. i am an unabashed atheist who respects others right to believe as long as they respect my right to not believe but i will be hostile to those who feel that their religion is the only true or correct one (e.g. fundamentalists). i am an unrepentant lefty who believes that society can only benefit when the greatest of us makes sure that the weakest of us is lifted up and given the chance to contribute and succeed. i love minimalism of all sorts--from minimalistic design and artwork to minimalism in the home. i believe we should leave as little of a footprint on this beautiful planet as possible and to give back to it when we can. i enjoy little things like chai tea, nag champa incense, and ambient light. i believe in reinventing yourself on a regular basis so those of you who may have known me in the past but may not recognize me now and then you might reconnect with me in the future.
