Welcome a fresh new sound to R&B/Soul as singer/songwriter Tasha Stewart ambitiously steps onto the scene - enjoying every moment. Writing since about the early age of 12, her goal is to inspire creativity with her music, while soulfully delivering a groove the allows the listener to enjoy all aspects of the song - often letting just the music ride vocal free recognizing that some messages within music can be captured unsung, as often done in the songs of some of her musical mentors like Donny Hathaway, Roberta Flack, Ella Fitzgerald, Anita Baker and Stevie Wonder - to name a few. She's also tried to incorporate the New Orleans jazz that she grew up listening to with her R&B/Soul writing style and have come up with a style that is fully integrated between the two genres. Her songs are written with depth and concepts that are well thought out to tell great stories and make musical conversations come alive.
