About me:
Tasmanian Gothic - a site devoted to exploring the Gothic side of Tasmania!
The site for a new Tasmanian series of short documentary films made by local Tasmanian filmmakers, that explore the unique, dark and gothic mythology of Tasmania; the urban myths, the ghost stories, the violent convict history, the eccentric characters, the natural heritage, landscape and all the bizarre and mysterious phenomenon associated with Australia’s island state!!
Screening Date: March 12th, 2008, Hobart Tasmania.

We'd like to meet all those who are attracted to the Gothic- Tasmanians, New Zealanders, Savages, People who live in the dark woods, Mountaineers, Carney Folk, Circus Freaks, Lunatics, Anthropologists, Explorers, Historians, Wayward Governors, Ghosts, Shadowy Figures, Highwaymen, Banjo Players, Hillbillies, Inbreads, Contortionists, Illusionists, Drunken Saliors, Butterfly Collectors, Convicts and Misfits from around the globe.
