About me:

the Taste Festival - Hobart's Waterfront Celebration

The Hobart Summer Festival (HSF) has been Tasmania’s premier summer event, offering many diverse activities and events based in and around the historic Sullivans Cove.

The Taste of Tasmania (The Taste), established in 1988 has been a major event within the HSF program and has comprised a week of activities showcasing some of Tasmania’s best food, finest wine and beverages.

This year, Hobart Summer Festival and The Taste have merged to become the Taste Festival – Hobart’s Waterfront Celebration. The Taste Festival 08/09 promises to bring many new concepts and ideas...

We are launching our 08/09 Festival program, relaunching our website and flooding the world with our amazing new yellow look and feel Wednesday 19 November.
