Musician Ted Burris started writing Rock songs quite a while ago. After years of playing music for many local groups and some pretty big names in oldies entertainment, he started recording his own music. there are now 3 albums to his credit.
The first solo album in 1972 was "The Tasty Tunes Band". An album with some of his close musician friends recorded on a 4 track Teac recorder.
In 1995 Ted released another rock album called "Songs From The Rocker" with his life long friend Richard Allen on drums and backing vocals, and Ted doing the rest. Again a 4 track anilog tape machine was used for overdubs.
Album 3 in 2006 was a compilation of Ted's favorite rythum and blues music with the wonderful Stacey Peckins on back-up and lead vocals. In the advent of the computer generation, the whole back-up band was programmed by Ted on a program called Cake Walk. Then live guitar tracks and the vocals from Stacey and Ted where added. The album was called "Nobody Sings The Blues", but it was almost called "Computer Blues". This included 6 original blues songs by Ted.
