Duck At Excalibur Ahh! Turkey day is done, time to recoup a bit before the big D25 celebrations come on. Just enough time to make a little room for the next big meal.

Interests
General
Aside from tattooing and my artwork, I enjoy a wide variety of things. I love going to the theater and would love to someday get back into acting. I enjoy listening to Celtic music and Classic Rock.
I'm very much into the mythology of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. I am also a great fan of Tolkien and all things fantasy related. If dragons were real I would love to have one as a pet.
I love writing and am currently working on a book (seems like forever). There are so many other things I could list here, but when it comes down to it, who really cares? If you really want to know, come in and ask me.
Music
I have an eclectic taste in music. Everything from my favorites such as Celtic and Classic Rock to Show Tunes and 80's New Wave. Yeah, I'm an eighties kid.
I also enjoy mixing it up and listening to some of todays Indy sounds and the re-emergence of Punk with some of the new bands that are receiving notoriety.
I bought a Sirrius satelite radio that just kicks ass. I can't go back to regular radio any more.
Movies
Like my music, I have a wide-ranging taste in movies too. I love fantasy movies like Lord of the Rings, Narnia and The Golden Compass. I also love action flicks like Alien versus Predator an I am Legend.
Of course there are many actors I would go see no matter what film they did. Mel Gibson, Nicholas Cage, Mark Wahlberg, Mila Jovovich, Russel Crowe, and many others.
Television
I don't watch too much television, but I do follow Gray's Anatomy and, Boston Legal. I never really got into Lost but I started watching some of it last seasson and I'm thinking of renting them from the begining.
Books
I love reading but I find I have little time for them now. I am currently trying to read my way through the Merlin Trilogy by Mary Stewart and Douglas Adam's Hitchhiker's Trilogy.
Heroes
I am not into hero worship as I feel everyone has the potential to be a hero to someone. I do feel that people with any certain amount of fame should have the fortitude to set an example to those that look up to them and their achievements.

I have a saying. "I don't tattoo customers. I tattoo friends."While this may sound corny, it has proven to be all too true. I feel that if you treat people with the respect they deserve, it doens't matter if they are black, white, yellow or green.
As a tattoo artist I often describe my job as part bartender, part counselor and part shaman. I have seen and heard just about everything under the sun and sometimes I wonder if anyone could really surprise me with what they tell me.
I guess that is why I love my job so much.

ps I do have a bunch of those books I am trying to upload them to my myspace but I have to change the programs from zip files to jpeg and thats gonna take some work on my part. Me and computers are sort of like me and grammer. I know the jist but the actually specifics are lost to me ;).
