關於我： I have re-opened No Hope No Fear Tattoo Art Studio in Portland, Oregon primarily by appointment. We are usually open from noon til 6pm or later if we're still working. Tuesday through Saturday. (Sundays and Mondays are appointment ONLY!) We do, however, close if we are finished working and there's nothing to do- so it's best to call ahead.
