Ah too bad, t'was impressive. Saw Passion Pit last wk too in The Garage - pretty decent too. Hope you have a top birthday tonight then - Club Noir's got a good reputation - only caught a bit of their performance at Connect Festival in '07, brilliantly burlesque!!
Nay not in a band T - learning to play keyboard is about as far as I go, and writing poetry which I hope one day to turn into lyrics. Or put on balloons & release across Glasgow :D x

Hey- did you manage to check out Simian Mobile Disco then kidda? Amazing gig - completely spangled though :D When they slowed down "Hustler", I was on the verge of exploding!! It was THAT good!!
I recall seeing a blog about hallowe'en/your birthday, so many happy returns which it comes round!
The Privates Hammond Orchestra will be appearing at Shout Bamalama this Saturday night. Doors at 11pm and band on at 11.45pm sharp! Free before midnight and £5 after.
Work for the police up at Strathclyde HQ. Although Colin's currently ran off to Las Vegas for a break, lucky him.
Will you be checking out Simian Mobile Disco or Orbital when they hit Glasgow in the next month or so Tatyana? Can't wait - been so many good electronic acts around in the last year or so - The Whip, Union of Knives, Metronomy, IAMX, etc.
Magic! Well good luck in the meantime, & feel free to send any gig reminders in the meantime. Shall pass on your best to C ~ maybe even drag him along with me sometime! Ha.
I remember an excellent Salon Boris vid from a few years ago on "The Music Show", and coincidentally discovered that I work alongside one of your uni colleagues Colin, small world!
