Taur Nu Fuin officially began in early 2001, after a break from previous dark ambient projects. TNF decided to reform and bring back some lost melodies from ’97, into a new production and clearer atmosphere.
TNF performs folk and dark-ambient in the medieval style, comparable to Lord Wind, Iuvenes, early Mortiis and Wongraven. It is a style I have been composing since 1996.
