I love writing...doesn't really matter what it is. Poetry, lyrics, short stories... One of my inspirations is Butch Walker and I got to tell him that on May 19, 2004! I like to read, I love listening to music and looking at art. Fishing, cross stitching, being around positive people.
Music
I love a wide variety of music. I simply love music in general. Anything that's extra creative, I love lyrics and the creative way that artists twist words to mean more than what they are. Butch Walker is amazing and talented and I highly suggest you check him out!
Movies
I am so far behind on movies...but here are some that I did see in the past few months.
I AM LEGEND, excellent movie, made me jump plenty of times...I enjoyed every minute of it.
APOLOCALYPTO, I Love This Movie, the love between the couple is completely full of trust and it's so real. Their reality in the movie really gets you thinking.
I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK & LARRY, I enjoyed watching it, but I did expect it to make me laugh a little more than it really did.
THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, Great Movie! It seems so real and his journey through the movie is emotional...Will Smith is awesome, his son is adorable.
SHUTTER, really dumb, it was alright to entertain me for the evening, but the previews made it seem a million percent better than it really was.
JUMPER, it is really awesome, but I agree with my brother, the girlfriend in the movie has no range of emotion...she kind of made it suck...but overall I enjoyed it.
FORGETTING SARA MARSHALL, good movie, strange beginning, it made me laugh plenty of times!
BABY MAMA, this was funny and a little surprising but they showed most of the funny stuff in the previews and it didn't really offer much else.
HORTON HEARS A WHO, this was Krystabella's first movie theatre experience, it was a very funny and well put together movie!
HULK, this movie was awesome I want to see it again!!!
THE DARK KNIGHT this movie was amazing, I loved it and it's ashame that Heath Ledger is no longer with us, he has accomplished so much!
Television
I don't watch much television, but every now and then HOUSE peaks my interest. American Idol, I watch this every year, I'm a fan of the show!!! BONES, I haven't watched this in so long, but it's a great show and one of the lead characters is my coworkers daughter, so that's really cool and she's from PA! Family Guy makes me laugh a lot, I love that show too!!
Books
I will update this soon, I need to get back into reading!!! I have about 5-7 new books that I bought and I haven't been taking any time out to read...bad me.
The Forest Lover is a great book, I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not, it's about a female artist who painted scenes in Native American tribes before they were altered or destroyed and she was looked down upon by many people and she stayed true to herself and continued on with her journeys and paintings.
The Lost Nation, another Wal-Mart bin book that looked interesting. I'm still reading it, to wind down at night I read about 10-20 pages...I'm busy so that's about all the time I have before I crash. Anyway it has my interest peaked and I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm not quite half way through it but it's good so far.
Sundays At Tiffany's, I bought this book after seeing it on a commercial, excellent book. I devoured it faster than I planned to, I couldn't put it down. It is now one of my favorite books and it reminds me of my childhood imagination. It's about a childhood imaginary friend actually being a soulmate...very good!
Last year or the year before, I read Marley and Me, I suggest that book to any dog lover! Very good book and hey the author is from Emmaus, PA (i use to live there and he worked for one of our competitors in the publishing industry)!
About me: I'm very happy with my life! I feel very blessed and I think I played my cards just right. I live with my husband Kaz, we just got married on May 8, 2009. We have an amazing little girl and I'm lucky to have her in my life.
My household is full of Rams & Bulls...if you're into the zodiac you know exactly how that can get! I'm very excited about our future, I think some amazing things are going to unfold and I just want my close family and friends to experience it with us. I strongly believe in karma and I'm a spiritual person.
