Hey you! I'm still writing prose apart from the music...if you'd like to see what I've been doing with the written word, check out the 'blog' section of my page and read the little piece of a book I'm finishing up called "StreetSigns." I know you read alot and I'd love to know what you think...Peace!
Been a while since I dropped you a line to chat about kith--just curious, how many shows did you make it to this round? I'm sure I'll be crazy jealous when you tell me!
Hello to my long-tenured intellectual elementary buddy! Remember when they used to pull the two of us out of class and have us sit in the older kids English class? And read the Phantom Tollbooth? Didn't like that one...anyway, I'm back on the solo acoustic scene, and I'm heading to the studio in July, but I have some new tracks up for now..."How It Is" and "Promise To You." Check 'em out and let me know what you think! Hope everything is good with you.
Hey Tavie - I think I saw you tonight at the show! I was sitting on the left side a few rows back from the stage and you came over I guess to behind the curtain. I hesitated for a minute and then were you gone and I didn't see you again! Anyway, I LOVED tonight of course and felt so incredibly sad that it was the only performance I'd get to see this weekend.
At the end of every Actor's Studio the creepy James Lipton asks these questions that he got from somewhere pretentious. I like the questions so here they are with my answers. Please take it with me, won't you?
For you, Tavie, anything. :^)

What is your favorite word?
Onomatopoeia.
What is your least favorite word?
Celine Dion. (Shit, that's two words.)
What turns you on?
Like Zapp Brannigan, I find that the most erotic part of the woman is the boobies. Oh wait, you didn't that kind of turned on. Fine, then I'll go with teaching.
What turns you off?
Hypocrites and stupid people.
What sound or noise do you love?
Little kids laughing or little kids singing TMBG.
What sound or noise do you hate?
That damn cricket that found its way into my bedroom.
What is your favorite curse word?
Motherfucker, but it has to be said in a kind of sing-songy way.
Other than your own, what profession would you like to try?
I'd love to be in a comedy troupe or go back to being a radio DJ.
If heaven exists, what would you like God to say to you?
"I made you in my own image," and then point to his/her/its cabbagehead.
It was in the theater. It's going to be a mix of 3D with live action it seems. It's with David Lee of My Name is Earl fame - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0952640/
