About me:
How does one describe oneself and their life until now in a text box on the internet? I dunno either, but here's my shot at it! :-)
Born and raised on the East Coast, I moved to Seattle when I was 25, and can't imagine living anywhere else (in this country, at least). Been involved in a couple of long-term relationships, the most recent of which was 8 years. Bought a house in Feb2006 (a 1917 Craftsman) so it needs more work and time than I would like, yet at the same time it's a lot of fun and satisfying.
The loves of my life are my two dogs, Dolce (Dalmatian) and Saffie (Ridgeback/PitBull mix), and I can't imagine them not being there for me.
I am not your typical homosexual. I love theatre, sing along to musicals, my best friend is female, and I was the only male in my kindergarten class who raised his hand when the teacher asked who was going to be a witch for halloween and couldn't understand why.
Contrary to what you may think after reading the above, I do actually have a brain and use it fairly frequently. I swear. I just have varied interests :-P I enjoy intellectual conversations as well as discussions on how hot the animated character of Aladdin is, and I read everything from Shakespeare to JK Rowling. I'll sit and watch anything from an old 1940's movie to a Rugby match. And my musical tastes range from Nina Simone to Nine Inch Nails, with a broad range in between.
Jim Dale is a god, and if you know who I am referring to and why, you just scored MAJOR points with me. LOL!
