Hi, I'm James. I am the web guy doing the programming for Las Vegas Gigs on MySpace and at LasVegasGigs.Org. Angelo is the founder. Working together we have the we believe is extremely functional and fun, that will attract Bands/Entertainers/Promoters to our system.
The programming for LasVegasGigs.Org registrations should be completed soon (hopefully by the first of the year)and we will let you know when it is completed as to start signing up folks that would like to get reveiwed in Vegas.
We have a lot of different things going for us.
Through Milestone Services I am also the programmer/developer for TheTaxiStand.Com and we have a series of Electronic Internet services we going to be offering the public through the Taxi & Limo Drivers.
We are offering 3 basic electronic services.

1.) Find-A-Driver
2.) Coupon Program
3.) Client On the Go
Find-A-Driver (demo mode only for now) is essentially Rider driven self dispatching service that riders will contact drivers in their particular area with location and destination information via text messaging on their cell phones.
At this point the rider only has access via the Internet. Drivers only communicate with the riders and there is not a system setup for drivers to access anything in the form of a dispatch. It is a one way communication to the drivers from the rider via our system.
Drivers come into our web site and download to their cell phones an electronic coupon. The coupon is coded with their info.
Once in a cab with a customer and he finds that the customer is going somewhere that they could use the coupon, the driver simply forwards the coupon to the cell phone of the customer. The customer then only has to show the cell phone message to the clerk or sales personnel and they know how to enter the code for the discount and the driver gets the credit.
Depending on how we arrange the follow up with the vendor, the driver will be notified via text message, they have a credit to pickup from that vendor.
Client On the Go.
I often use the sample of Vegas and the use of In-House-MD. Which is basically a doctor on call. Vegas has over 300,000 people capacity. Someone is eventually going to get sick. This doctor drives around the city and needs either to coordinate with some type of dispatch or dispatch himself, which they could easily do with our system. A logo must be provided for the customer to use the system and find their logo to place the cursor on the logo and they can then enter their location & contact information which is then sent directly out to the doctor on the go. Our job is done.
The doctor can finalize the transaction by sending all the specific data from his cell directly to his desktop email for later qualifying and/or billing.
Well there you have it.
All you have to so is use a little imagination and you can sell tickets to your bands shows once we get going. Promoters can keep in touch with their clientel that are in town and a host of other things, once you realize how it is all going to work and fit together.
And now, for my Inner most thoughts.

It just gives more credibility to the facts that the motive of corporation leaders that know these facts are continuing to attempt to lie to you on a grand scale.
Now consider the ignorant motive of going to war for no other reasons than to dominate others. It is not to bring feedom and democracy (which isnt even in the Constitution) to other countries at the point of a gun.
Especially in the light of the following information that we never had to go to war for oil. The problem never existed. They fucking made it up. And all the sheeple believed what they were told. Me included.
We have the answer to all our energy needs.
Facts: Scientific and historical about gasoline and alcohol
1. The original automobiles ran on alcohol because when they were invented gasoline was not available.
2. Rockefeller spent $4 million (that we know of) to promote Prohibition, a ban on alcohol manufacturing in the US that started in 1919 just as the car industry was taking off.
3. When Prohibition was lifted in 1933, gasoline stations were ubiquitous and most engines ran on gasoline only.
4. Alcohol can be manufactured locally and on a community level from renewable plant material for $1 per gallon.
5. The growing of plant material for alcohol would have no effect on the price of food.
6. The growing of plants for fuel would more than neutralize the carbon created by burning alcohol for fuel.
7. In Brazil, over 50% of new cars sold can already run on 100% alcohol.
8. Producing alcohol from plant material is incredibly energy efficient.
9. The oil companies aggressively promote garbage science to deceive the public into believing that alcohol fuels: a) will cause starvation, b) are uneconomical, and c) are net polluters.
10. Gasoline is a high toxic material.
11. It is entirely unneeded to fuel our cars.
12. Oil companies like Chevron have pressured PBS, commercial TV networks and other news media to keep this basic information from the public for decades - and the censorship continues to this day.

It is the next video below of the strike started when Bill AB505 in 2005 was an issue that the drivers talked the then Governor Kenny Guinn out of signing. Which incidentally, had language in the bill that would have only taken tips away from cab drives and not the limo drivers.
What I liked about that event was the fact that the Unions didn't have very much to do with it. The drivers did it pretty much all on their own.
I know, I was there.
The original intent of the bill was to have the PUC, Public Utilities
Commission be the ruling body over the Taxi Authority in Las Vegas, Nevada.
An adendum was added that would take away the drivers rights to accept
tips from other local strip clubs. The irony of it all, is that the adendum
was added at the request of cab company partners that had ownership rights
in strip clubs.
There seems to be a game here.
The drivers are also concerned about cab companies that are consistantly
requesting from the Taxi Authorities here in Vegas to put additional cabs
out on the road. If they put more unnecessary cabs out on the road, drivers
daily take is always less and less.
The flip side for the owners is the fees that the owners get paid as
a result of the additional advertising on the cabs when they go out on
the street. Cab/Strip club owners may have created an adendum to bill
ab505 so the cabbies hand would be forced to strike to save their tips.
If the original intent of the bill was allowed to pass, cab companies
may not have had the continued support from the PUC, Public Utilities
Commission to continue to fraudulently put unneeded cabs on the road for
service use. The Governor never signed the bill after the drivers made
their point, as you will see in the video how the drivers pulled it off.
With all that aside, we want to dedicate not only this video to the
drivers, but to the spirit of the drivers that they had on that day.
We think that the video following this one should also be dedicated
to the drivers and to all those that are in the know that corporations
and big money can manipulate workers beyond that reasonable point of
no return. Please, also watch the video following this one taken in

Who I'd like to meet:
I personally believe that I would like to meet as many service industry people in my lifetime that I possibly can. They are the true heros in my book. They bare the brunt of the cost of all progress. Then progress leaves them behind. Progress doesn't give a "F&*C***K about you. I would only wish they stop allowing the programming by their masters continue to run & ruin their lives. And that they wake up and learn to know they are greater than what they have been told. They are greater than what their religion & politics can take them and has led them to believe.
