My first real infatuation with music was at 7, when I claimed I was "sick" for two days so I could stay home and listen to Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles. I've been into music ever since, listening to KRUX in Tucson, KRIZ and KUPD when I lived in Phoenix, DC101 in DC, and Rock 99, X-96, KCGL, KRCL, and KBER in Salt Lake City, 107.5 The End in Seattle, and KROQ in Los Angeles. I've now moved back to Phoenix and I listen to 103.9 The Edge and KUPD, when I'm not listening to XM Satellite Radio stations, Boneyard, Squizz, Ethyl, Fred, or Lucy. I've also played in a number of bands over the years, the three main ones being: UHF; Drool; and Psonic Prophet. Bands that I have enjoyed through the years, listen to now, or were otherwise influential on the bands I've been in, even in the most tangential sense, include those listed below. I'm fully aware that many of the bands set forth below would be mortified to be on the list with some of the others listed there, but I readily admit that I'm eclectic to an extreme (code for: I like what I like and have liked what I have liked and I don't apologize). In any case, while I may not listen to all of these bands now, they played an important role in my life and I enjoyed them at one time, at least enough so to include them here: 10cc; 311; 3 Doors Down; About me: BE ADVISED: While I keep this site public, I like to keep it clean and use it as my "command" page for my other three band sites, which are listed below.
