About me:
This page will be shut down tomorrow (May 4, 2007).
To all of our valued friends,
It is with sadness and regret that we are writing to you today. Due to legal issues concerning the patent application for the Ray Ayotte designed XP1 Modular Pedal System, and other irreconcilable differences; Taye Music Inc. (a.k.a. Taye Canada or Ray Ayotte) will no longer be representing the Taye Drum line or their Endorsers in Canada.
We really value our relationships with each and every one of you, and have enjoyed getting to know some of you on a more personal basis: We know that some of you may not have heard from us very often, however, that never meant we didn’t care or appreciate your efforts. You have all contributed significantly to our success over these past 7 years.
For any information directly concerning endorser status, please direct your enquiries to Taye USA.
We would like all of you to feel free to contact us here. We enjoy hearing from you, and are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability. (Please understand that due to the current legal situation, there may be things we can’t discuss in detail.) Elliot, Kim, Aimée and I are all prepared to discuss the situation as frankly as possible.
Please keep in touch. We are in the process of reinventing ourselves (the new business is called On2 Marketing Ltd.) and we would love to maintain the relationships that we have built with you thus far.
