About me:

I'm a writer living in New York City.

I wrote the tween novels, "Total Knockout: Tale of an Ex-Class President" and "Class Favorite," both published by Simon & Schuster MiX, if you care about that sort of thing.

In news of the great, big, exciting sort, I sold another book to Simon & Schuster which is tentatively titled "BFF Breakup." It's about, well, best friends who break up. It'll be published in 2011--which feels like a long, long time from now.

You can read posts from me and other Mix authors over at the Posterous web site. It's really fun! aladdinmix.posterous.com

You can usually find my books in the Young Readers or Independent Readers section.

My non-fiction book for tweens is called "Original Divas: All-True Tales From the World's Most Fabulous Stage and Screen Divas." You can still find random used copies on Amazon, although the cover they show is wrong. The cover here is the real (and much cooler) cover.

Well, you deserve a break once in awhile. I'm slowly but surely typing my latest creation. Typing is the fun part. (groan!)  So have you made it BIG? I'm still a small potatoes writer. I just moved to TX from Las Vegas. I've been here 5 days. It's been rainy and buggy so far. We'll see if TX brings me any good fortune! Have a good day!

I/we miss you guys too! Things are good here. Quite a bit different from living in NYC, but I'm really getting into living by the river and frequenting the local pubs!

    Lots of love from London!
