Hot on the tail of making it into the finals of Project: Queerlit, I can confirm that My Hero: A Wild Boy's Tale will be published by Rebel Satori Press this autumn/fall.

Here's the blurb...

"In a post-apocalyptic America, 17 year old Joshua My Hero lives out a humdrum existence, struggling to find truth and sense in a Christian-fundamentalist trailer park. But his psychic powers and sexual tastes leave him an outsider of his community, and forced to commit patricide in a final and desperate struggle for self-defence against his father's rage, Joshua escapes into a wasted planet, armed only with an oracular penis, the patronage of an ancient earth spirit sent to rid the planet of all of its ills, and the wisdom of the Tao Teh Ching..."

Praise for My Hero: A Wild Boy's Tale:

"I really loved this book. Original, exciting, and transcendant. A bloody great read. Very unique."- Douglas Ferguson, author of the Forgotten Ones

"It's got energy and humour." - Jim Gladstone, queerlit heavyweight and author of The Big Book of Misunderstandings

"Like a dirty 'The Stand' or 'Blood Meridian'. I love it." - Kathleen Bryson, multi-media artist and author

"An imaginative and inventive project." - D. Travers Scott, author of One of These Things is Not Like the Other

Thank you again, my wise & literate friend!
One of the facets of Life which gives me great pleasure is the fact that, when we peek behind her veil, we find ever more beauty!
Her nakedness is not shameful.
It is wonderfully magickal!
Love to All from all of us!

NEW BOOK OUT NOW
Chthonic - Prose & Theory by
Vadge Moore

"Vadge Moore is an American author and musician that has spent a lifetime testing the boundaries of good and evil. He toured and recorded with the infamous sleaze-punk institution The Dwarves, apocalyptic rock group Neither-Neither World, and his own nihilist-noise unit Chthonic Force. He has written for the early nineties occult journal Primal Chaos, the esoteric magazine Dagobert's Revenge, and the controversial web 'zine Synthesis. Recently Vadge has taken up an aphoristic-prose style of writing that best expresses his iniquitous and sinister insights into the mind of Man. Chthonic: Prose & Theory is just that; prose wedded to theory that scrutinizes the human, all too human, Monster that is Man."
"Chthonic: Prose & Theory" is a collection of perverse and violent prose wedded to his own brand of occult esoterica. Peer into the mind of one of America's greatest living libertines.

I didn't know that. That's class, well done! You should have a rocking time! My next visit to York is a short one. I arrive wed evening and fly out fri morning. But future visits will not be so rushed. Basically I go over every other week as I'm doing some guest lecturing at York St Johns on the fine art course. I've two more sessions (not including the coming one) to do. Also I got to talk at a conference there in april, so I'm spending a lot of time back and forth to York. I stay with my mate Roddy and his wife, which is fantastic to be able to catch up with them.
you're right, York is a beautiful place! Do you know why the sword held by the roman emperor outside the minister is broken at the tip?

Sounds Like fun! I'm busy recovering form becoming a Dr. I'm doing bits of teaching in Queens and have become an associate lecturer at York St. Johns, so am gonna be travelling back and forward. Am also working on new work for the National Review of Live art and some object/multimedia works for other exhibitions later in the year. All that and living my daily life as a wizard. I'm so busy I feel like I'm going to meet myself coming the other way.
Which would be in no way strange for a wizard! I'm glad you're enjoying life!
