| About Team Clermont |
|
Team Clermont spent it's formative years fighting Yetis in the Yukon. As Team Clermont grew older, the thrill of the hunt began to grow less and less appealing. The smell of a newly carved carcass didn't send that same jolt of joy through Team Clermont's body the way it used to. Many of Team Clermon't s friends began to worry. They banded together, and with their finest Yeti furs and leather they built Team Clermont a make-shift helicopter. Team Clermont used the new flying contraption to fly across the globe. One day while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee and flying across the southeast, Team Clermont's flying contraption was hit by a very random bolt of lightning. Team Clermont crashed in the middle of Mississippi. The next few months were spent doing odd jobs going from town to town by sneaking onto train cars. The Hobo life was fun for awhile, but Team Clermont hadn't brushed it's teeth in almost two weeks. Any one who knows Team Clermont knows that this is unacceptable. Team Clermont is compelled to brush its teeth at least 8 times a day. Overwhelmed by lack of sleep and not-so-fresh-feeling breath, Team Clermont decided that it was time to settle down again. Team Clermont decided right then and there that it would jump off the train it was on, and that's where it would settle. Team Clermont then leapt off a train going over 80 miles an hour and woke up 3 days later in a hospital in Athens, GA. After healing, Team Clermont would walk the streets of Athens with great joy. Within days it was decided, Team Clermont would take residency in Athens. All it took was a quick trip to the mayors office. The only stipulation the mayor had was that Team Clermont MUST offer some sort of service, a job so to speak. Team Clermont was worried because the only real practical skills it had all involved the hunting, killing, and cleaning of wild Yeti. The mayor said not to worry, and with that led Team Clermont to Athens "Wheel of Job Placement" Team Clermont gave the wheel a mighty spin. It finally stopped on "independent music promotions" after Team Clermont's request for a second spin was denied, Team Clermont decided to make the best of it, and the rest is history
