Good afternoon, Lets be real...Everyone knows how the "Game" is played behind the scene, regardless of "Race". What do I mean by the "Game?". Well let me say this.... " Some test are not always fair as it relates to some groups , At times Unqualified people are sometimes placed in jobs they are not qualitified to have, both whites as well as Blacks. "You know it's true. Sometime people get jobs based on a parents that has been working on the inside for generations". The old saying is...."It's not what you know, It's who you know" (LOL).
