About me:
As you know, Tara's coach James has set up her Road To Recovery Fund (tarallanesroadtorecovery.com). There are a number of costs associated with the entire effort ranging from the immediate medical to rehabilitation, travel, communication, home wheelchair modifications, and so on. Through your generosity to this fund, we can make certain Tara receives every opportunity for the best care that can be afforded.
In addition to her costs for medical and rehab, Tara is going to need her friends and family during this time. This fundraiser is to help Tara's support team be with her through her recovery. Any funds remaining will be donated directly to Tara's Road To Recovery Fund.
This event will also be a great opportunity to take photos, write messages and be in a video for Tara. After the event, we will create a care package and send it to her while she is working on her rehabilitation at Craig Hospital.

Team Llanes Park Party will be held at Heritage Park in Fountain Valley from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. Entry is $50 and you will receive a t-shirt and Team Llanes bracelet.
There will be games, a raffle, a silent auction, music, and places to take photos and leave video messages for Tara. We will also be having a bbq with drinks and beer (a small donation for food/drinks would be appreciated). Don't forget to bring your own beach chair and/or blanket for lounging around.
To request a registration form or ask specific questions, please email teamllanes@yahoo.com. Upon filling out and returning the registration form by October 1, just show up and check-in. You will receive your t-shirt and bracelet at the check-in table. Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the event ($5 each or 5 for $20). For a list of prizes, look to the left of your screen. They are listed under "Interests" and "Music."

Directions to Heritage Park: Take the 405, exit Brookhurst and head North. Turn right on Slater and right on Civic Center. Head straight back toward the library (past the Police Station) and park anywhere in the lot. Look for the event ballons and check0in at the table.
