Born in Saudi Arabia, Ramiele grew up in the Philippines and the United States and graduated from Flanagan High School in Florida. Malubay spent most of her early years in the Philippines, but currently resides in Miramar, Florida. She is currently a nursing student at Broward Community College. She started Polynesian Dancing when she was in the first grade and started singing at the age of twelve. She can speak fluent Tagalog & Ilocano. On YouTube, there is a video in which she sings the Philippine National Anthem, "Bayang Magiliw".

I waited for hours only to not get to meet you:( I did however 'hoot & holler/cheer' fo' you 'da 2 times ya' came out on 'da balcony. I was 'da friendly & tall chap wearin' 'da black brimmed hat & 'da shirt of our man 'Phil'(Collins). Anywho, was gonna hand-paint ya' up a custom 'artistic' B-Day present, But, got seriously physically injured 'da past few months.
