Team Relevance is a four piece band from St. Louis here to spread funky reggae vibes. They began as a trio in September 2007 and quickly developed a strong fan base. After a year of playing they decided to broaden their sonic textures by adding keyboards. In their playing you can hear catchy melodies, thoughtful lyrics and a strong rhythmic sense.
They have played with notable acts such as Afroman, Murder City Players, Outlaw Nation, Westbound Train and Vegitation.

Make plans to come out for a reggae music benefit for DJ Ranx on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the Rockstar Nightclub.
Bandleader of Dubtronix and host of "Dub Mixture" on KDHX 88.1 FM suffered a stroke in April; he is currently a patient at Belleville Memorial Hospital.
The benefit concert will feature, in order of appearance, Youth and Roots, the Murder City Players and Yard Squad, whose midnight set will feature guest artists. In addition, Massive Hi Fi and KDHX reggae DJs will also be spinning music before and between sets.
Doors open and music begins at 8 p.m. and runs to 2 a.m. The Rockstar Nightclub is located at 8658 South Broadway in St. Louis and on the web at www.myspace.com/rockstarnightclubstl. Proceeds will go to defray mounting health care expenses associated for the venerable bandleader, DJ and reggae soldier.
