Alan Miller Team Spectre In a small town near Dresden, Ohio stands a marvel to history and the architecture of the period. The massive 29 room structure has been witness to much love, death, history and even mystery. The mansion is called Prospect Place. Prospect Place, located in Trinway Ohio, was the dream of one George W. Adams. George had his heart set on building Prospect Place for his second wife Mary, so much, he built it twice! Right before the family was to move in it burned to the ground. Mr. Adams directed the builders to start over and build it again. It was completed in 1856. Mary loved the mansion so much, she has decided not to crossover and stay to protect what her husband built so long ago. Mary has been caught on film, just check out www.teamspectreonline.com to see her in a window. There are other family members and many staff that have chosen to stay behind to be with Mary. Some guests, who come and go, just loved Prospect Place and its great parties. Prospect Place was one of the largest stops on the Underground Railroad which stretched from deep into the South to the borders of Canada. There are a few stories which center around the Underground Railroad that lead to the Paranormal. There are claims that bounty hunters roam the outside of Prospect Place still looking for runaway slaves. There are a few slaves still hiding in the basement. They were killed many years ago running for their freedom, and the safest place they remember was Prospect Place. There is however a few folks stuck in the basement where they died due to a tragic train wreck that happened in the late 1800’s. They do not know what happened or where they are but have chosen not to crossover for many different reasons. Charles chooses not to pass on due to thoughts of being disfigured and not being able to be the ladies man that he used to be. TAPS visited the mansion over the winter last year. It was shame they could not spend more time there but they did catch one of the Bounty Hunters looking out a Barn window on their thermal cam. Remember the Black figure they caught?? We have spent a lot of time at Prospect Place meeting those who have chosen to stay behind. We also have filmed a Full Length Documentary there “One Night at Prospect Place” which is currently being sold on Ebay and Amazon.com.
