Tear Down the Sun is a high energy, all-original, in your face, rock band with the explosive potential of anti-matter.
In the shambles of a band in early 2007, Alex, Laben, and Brian decided to regroup, and make new music, with a new attitude. Alex was meticulously rocking the keys, Laben was releasing the bassist within, and Brian was mastering the beats and pounding the skins. We had been in bands before, fallen apart over pride or immaturity, and we were through with the bullsh*t. We immediately found Ben, with his smooth rhythms and catchy hooks to wield the mighty guitar and Dave, who was searching for years to find us, to become the front-man. Right off the bat, we were writing originals. Andy joined some few months later with his seventh-string of death to increase the rock with a metal edge. Now we are ready, with a new album on the way, to show you Tear Down the Sun!
