Tea es una banda de hard blues rock de Madrid que lleva ya más de 18 años de
trayectoria y más de 2000 conciertos. Han tocado en todo tipo de escenarios a lo
largo y ancho de la península y parte de Europa. Han compartido escenario con
bandas como Deep Purple, Status Quo, Jethro Tull, Dr. Feelgood, Glenn Hughes,
Pat Travers, etc..
Tea fue el único grupo español que ha sido elegido para participar en el
festival "Rock in Madrisss" en la Plaza de toros de Vista Alegre de Madrid junto
a Cheap Trick, Deep Purple y Status Quo el 17 de Julio'04.
Tras haber publicado 3 discos oficiales y uno autoproducido y autoeditado,
ahora vuelven con su más reciente trabajo: Calling the shots. Once nuevos temas
con toques nuevos y el sonido TEA predominando en cada una de las canciones. En
este nuevo CD, la banda nos muestra su versatilidad musical una vez más, con
temas como Break All These Chains (aka Reggae), Bring Back That Feeling (Slow
Blues), See See Baby (puro rock & roll), Understand (hard rock en estado
puro), Down By The River (disco groove + rock & roll). Tonight (rock blues
rock).
Tea is a hard blues rock band that has been on the road for more than
15 years playing with over 1500 live concerts in them in Spain and Europe. They
have played on stage with world renowned bands like Deep Purple, Status Quo,
Jethro Tull, Dr. Feelgood, Glenn Hughes, Pat Travers, etc...
Tea has been the only Spanish band that performed along with Cheap Trick,
Deep Purple y Status Quo during the "Rock in Madrisss" Festival that was held in
the VistaAlegre Bullfighting Arena at Madrid on July,17th 2004.
After 3 LPs edited, the band is coming back with their
most recent work : "Calling the shots". Eleven new tracks with new way of
playing showing TEA's sound presence on each track. On this new cd, the band
shows again their different style on tracks like Break All These
Chains (aka Reggae), Bring Back That Feeling (slow blues), See See Baby (rock
& roll), Understand (hard rock), Down By The River (disco groove + rock
& roll), Tonight ( rock blues rock).
