    Tedau's Interests
GeneralMovies; watching and making them. Here's the trailer for a film I was in--I'm in the yellow golf shirt if you blink you might miss me, BUT, Dean Cain and Steve Talley are in it! .. Books. Theatre. Going and participating. I love hiking, camping, traveling, and chillaxing at the beach with my homies. Video Games. Football, and basketball to watch and to play I've also recently discovered Golf, and Snorkeling. I discovered Snorkeling from doing this short
MusicI love a lot of different genres. Mainly the four R's. Rap, Reggae, Rock and R&B. All-time favorite artists include: Bob Marley, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, 2pac, Buju Banton, Jimi Hendrix, Jay-Z and Marvin Gaye. Rap: Wu-Tang Clan, Redman, Common, Kanye West, OUTKAST, Eminem, Busta Rhymes 50cent, Xzibit, Roots, DMX, Mos Def, Snoop, etc. Rock: Chili Peppers, Weezer, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice in Chains (can you tell when I went to high school yet?), etc. Classic Rock: Bob Dylan, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Clapton, The Police, Doors, etc. R&B: Prince, Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Sam & Dave, Smokey Robinson, etc. I love those old school jams and the oldies too. I even like classical music--Beethoven being my favorite. I could list all the obscure reggae bands I like (ie: The Maytals, Burning Spear, Gregory Issacs, The Meditations, Big Mountain) but noone would know who I'm talking about...
Movies SOME OF THE BEST FILMS EVER: The Dark Knight, Iron Man, Young Frankenstein, Sideways, Friday, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Goodfellas, Blade, Crash, Reservoir Dogs, Heat, A Clockwork Orange, The Shining, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill Vol. 1, Dark City, The Prestige, Full Metal Jacket, City of God, Jackie Brown, Empire Strikes Back, Donnie Brasco, Something about Mary, Carlito's Way, Scent of a Woman, Raging Bull, Shrek, Trainspotting, Total Recall, Ronin, The Fifth Element, Star Wars, Die Hard, Meet the Parents, Dumb & Dumber, Touch of Evil,The Road to Perdition, Coming to America, Liar Liar, American Beauty, A Beautiful Mind, Snatch, Rushmore, Layercake, Boyz 'n the Hood, Trading Places, Animal House, Blues Brothers, Roxanne, Seven Samurai, Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, Psycho, Hidden Fortress, Gangs of New York, Taxi Driver, Usual Suspects,OfficeSpace Unforgiven, Best in Show, Liar Liar, Bruce Almighty, Beetlejuice, Titus (the best Shakespeare movie ever), Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, Wedding Singer, Water-boy, Narc, 40-year old Virgin, The Edge, Tommy Boy,AustinPowers LOTR trilogy, Apocalypse Now, Platoon, James Bond movies, The Good, Bad and the Ugly, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones & Last Crusade, Spider-Mans 1 & 2, (3 sorta sucked) Supermans 1 &2, Pan's Labrynth, The Departed, Money Tallks, The Big Lebowski, Miller's Crossing, Raising Arizona, Aladdin, Half-Baked,Star Trek II, Nutty Professor, Caddyshack, Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, Boomerang, The Jerk, Desperado, El Mariachi, Sin City, Batman Begins, Big Fish, the First two Batman movies directed by Tim Burton, 25th Hour, Amadeus, Do the Right Thing, Malcolm X, Inside Man, Four Little Girls, Adaptation, Bad Santa, Immortal Beloved, Muppet Movie, True Romance, Lost in Translation, Road House, Eternal Sunshine, Truman Show, Training Day, Anchorman, Airplane!, American Gangster, Grindhouse --Really, folks, I could go on forever.
TelevisionI heart cable. Speaking of television--check out this commercial object width="560" height="340"> .. some shows I really like are: Family Guy, South Park, Malcolm in the Middle,Robot Chicken I really like The Office (both American & British), 30 Rock is hilarious. I really like MAD MEN, and LOST. I still have to watch the last couple of seasons of Shield. And, there's some shows I'd like to eventually catch up on like 24, I never watched one episode but everyone raves about it--so when I watch it on DVD--it better not suck! I can't freakin' stand the big reality shows which I won't mention here--you know their names. there are some exceptions to the rule though--So you think you can dance is actually the one reality show that really seems to celebrate art (of dance). I also hate all that CSI shit (so formulaic), and all the Law & Orders. I do like Southland and the Unusuals though--so go figure... I'm more of a SNL person--moreso than MadTV, but it really depends on the hosts/musicals guests, and writing that particular week. I prefer Benny Hill over Monty Python any day of the week, however. Favorite cartoons growing up were The Flintstones, Super-friends, Woody Woodpecker (Chilly Willy, too), Underdog, Scooby-Doo, Bugs Bunny, Yogi Bear, and Popeye, GI Joe, and of course Trans Formers, hell, I even liked the GoBots cartoon. However, my favorite robot cartoons were and always shall be Voltron (Lions & Space-Cars), and Robotech.
