This is a page for my solo material. .....I do other things too, mostly with The Herb Birds, .....that's me and Katty Heath. So ermmm....check them out too!
Solo wise though, I'm a little sporadic. Every three years or so I do some recording, do some solo gigs, pester people into giving me support slots, ...or simply put on my own gigs.
And in the interim I'm usually writing, working my ass off trying to earn a good living, playing out 3/4 times a week with the Herb Birds, ...and generally going off on adventures.
If I happen to advertise a solo gig, and you want to check the original stuff out in a live environment , ....then make sure you come down to the advertised gig, cause lawkes-a-lordy only knows when the next one might be. :)
Hi Tee Just a quickie to say thanks for the gig on Sunday night. You played a blinder! Everyone had a brilliant time. Looking forward to your return with your partner in crime in august hehe Cheers from all of us @ the Robin Hood
Thank you very much for my birthday message. Had a fabulous weekend. We spent Friday in Brighton, drove back Saturday morning, went to a wedding reception in Somerset on Saturday evening, stayed in a converted stables overnight and then had a fabulous meal with my family on Sunday. I'm now completely knackered but had a brilliant time!! Yes do let me know when you are down at Christmas and maybe you, me and Carrie could get together. Have a good one xx
Hi there! 'Most Anything' is splendidly timeless...I'd like to hear more of this. You should definitely play more often, although I completely get the sporadic thing! Come play a gig in Leicester sometime soon. The Musician is a good venue to start, if you haven't already...
Thanks Tee ..."We all knew you'd end up in a suit, being successful, running your own business ... " Wish someone had told me a bit sooner, could have saved years of faffing about!!! :) tee hee
Cheers for the photo comments lady! Brought back so many memories, we had such a good laugh. I had the best growing up years with you lot, heartaches and tantrums included!!
That sounds about right!! i finally drag myself into the 21st century & sort out a MySpace account ... and everyone else has gone off to Facebook!! Typical :) Yeah, i'm in Brizzle - have been pretty much since leaving Nottingham 10 years ago!!! Can't believe it's been that long, only planned on coming back for 6 months!!! After all sorts of faffing about, i finally finished up in a suit :-( Started my own biz earlier this year, which is going better than i predicted it would ... which is fab! Off to buy a cd now ... erm, which one should i choose??... Oh yeah, yours!!
Hey there Tee, Found your music via the herb birds site. Wow,is probably the best way to sum it up. Your songs are really, really great. Love the strong, understated vocals. Excellant work Tee. Contact you shortly to buy a copy of the cd. All the best, Luke.
