About me: 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, is a free, non-judgmental,confidential hotline available for teens who have problems and who don't know where to turn. Whether they are problems at school, problems at home, feelings of depression or feeling like you just can't handle your problems anymore, 211 can get you answers, and get you the help you need.
It is at these very times that it's important to be able to talk to someone confidentially and the 211 Teen Hotline can provide that for you. So what kind of concerns can the Teen Hotline help you with? Well just about anything you can imagine, such as teen pregnancy, family issues, relationship problems, suicidal thoughts, and so much more!!
211’s mission is to empower teens to make informed decisions about dealing with depression, confusion, suicide, and anger. The role of the teen hotline is to discuss your needs, find hope and to get answers to meet those needs, and to give you the information on how to get connected. Whether it's your love life, home life, emotional issues or whatever it is you're going through, there is help available and it's only a phone call or IM away, or in this case "only a myspace message away."
211 is strictly confidential and it's great for you to know that they wont judge you. There is no caller I.D. and you don't have to leave your name or give them your phone number. We will be here for you when you have no where else to turn.
You will find that the teen hotline is a program for teens. When you call 211 with a concern you will be talking to our call center specialists who are friendly, nonjudgmental and empathetic. Our Specialists are there to inform you of the services that are available for you in your community. Best of all the help you need is just a phone call, message, email, or instant message away.
