About me: I am the founder of Teen Writers and Artists Project, a non-profit corporation in Illinois designed to help young writers and artists develop their craft through opportunities to be mentored by professionals already practicing in their field of endeavor.
I am a freelance writer/journalist, and an English Teacher (Please don't hold that against me. I'm not your typical one. I just know a lot about it that's all.)
I'm also not 99 years old, although I feel like it sometimes.
Who I'd like to meet: Young Writers and Artists who are serious about their work and want to drive themselves to the next level in their art. I can help by giving you feedback, a place to showcase your work, and chances to be mentored by professionals that are eager to give young, creative people the expertise they wish they had access to when they were just starting out.
