Dit festival is een initiatief vande Leids/Rotterdamse collectieven Wot Nxt (www.myspace.com/wotnxt) en Dstruct (www.dstruct.nl) i.s.m. het Leidse podium LVC (www.lvc.nl). Het biedt een dwarsdoorsnede van de feesten en concerten die beide collectieven doorgaans los van elkaar organiseren op diverse locaties. Verwacht tussen 19.00 en 04.00 uur op dit festival een bonte mix van bands, electronische muziek en t-shirt expositie, info-stands, eten, distro's. Naast enkele buitenlandse namen is er veel plek ingeruimd voor acts uit Leiden en Zuid Holland. De organisatie richt zich op alle mogelijke genres en uitingsvormen. De entree is 10,-.
