After many years of activism, Tekaway takes a break in promoting & organizing parties...
Depuis 2001, Tekaway Concept organise et promeut les scènes musicales, alternatives et pluri-disciplinaires permettant de faire découvrir des artistes originaux, sincères et talentueux venant des 4 coins du monde.
En 2008, Tekaway Concept décide de mettre fin à cette belle aventure.
Cependant, notre fenêtre reste ouverte à ceux qui souhaitent avoir un peu plus de visibilité sur le web.
Nous remercions tous ceux qui se sont prêtés au jeu, qui ont su nous apporter du bonheur, participer activement et dans la joie de vivre, nous les remercions sans limte pour nous avoir fait découvrir leur culture, leurs créations tout en nous faisant vibrer de bonheur sur des sons magiques. Nous leur souhaitons bien évidemment le meilleur pour la suite.
Nous restons curieux et ouvert à toute proposition et nous encourageons tous les futurs, actuels et anciens artistes qui se démènent pour continuer de créer quelque chose qui leur sera toujours unique !
Un petit dernier mot : restez spontané et n'oubliez pas que votre réussite ne se fera pas par hasard....pensez collectivité et respectez celui ou celle qui vous donne rien qu'un petit coup de main !
The association, created and managed by Joanne & Zazoo, regroups 4 resident DJs, but also a photographer, a graphist and a webmaster.
This association has for object to promote the music of today ; the promotion of artists ; "bookings" ; the recrutment of third parties ; the advice regarding promotion and communication ; to encourage, to promote and to produce events.
Association created in June 2002, TEKAWAY Concept has for main objective to promote the electronic and alternative music scene. She decides to give specific attention to the development of Drum and Bass in France, participating to a movement which is becoming huge on the European dancefloors. Since then, TEKAWAY Concept decides to concentrate its efforts and abilities to organise a great number of events in order to create a cultural network around this musical axis.
TEKAWAY Concept today proposes to help develop the image of electronic music through : advice, various events around the diferent arts - living art, visual art, and contemporary art, to give it, at last, a cultural sense.
For that, the association proposes the following services :
- Advice in promotion (mailings, street marketing, edition),
- Advice in production (pre- production, production, post-production),
- Event organisation ( parties, concerts, ‘happenings’, bookings : DJs, VJs, jugglers),
- Agenda propositions and programming
- Co-productions
End 2003, TEKAWAY Concept decides to associate itself with JPPA Productions, association that edits the cultural magazine @xé libre and producer of the GHOST'N’ ROLL Sessions. Together, they propose to open up the blinkers through an original musical journey. They start exploring the labyrinthes of the different contemporary musical tribes (Metal, Rock, Pop, Electro, Gothique, Electro-jazz,...and hence Drum and Bass) offering an environment mixing styles, concepts and the different artistic registers…
In September 2003, the association Open Yür Mind, which main objective is to favorise cultural encounters, joins the group. From then on, European exchanges are developed and in particular those with Eastern Europe.
This project starts on board of the boat , la Péniche Alternat, where the group is in charge of the agenda and programming from June 2003 to March 2005. Tekaway establishes its bi-monthly residence with the now reknowned ON/OFF parties.
Since then, Tekaway has contined its events throughout Paris, in different venues such as Glaz'Art, Trabendo, l'Indépendance, la Bellevilloise etc. Recently, Tekaway has blown her 4 candles, with the 34th ON/OFF event @ GLAZ’ART !
Avis à toutes les amatrices et amateurs de bonnes vibes Jungle, Drumnbass... La Noche revient @ La Régence le samedi 21 novembre 2009 de 23h à l'aube pour une soirée Jungle, Drumnbass, Hard Tek avec commes "invitées" un plateau spécialement féminin.
Cette fois si nous orientons la soirée Hardstyle/Gabber/Hardcore et avons le plaisir d'inviter Dj Rabeush,Dj Parisien bien connu sur Dance2Decade pour ses mixes de qualité et qui nous a enjoués récemment avec un set de transition Hardstyle;Gabber.
La deuxième découverte pour les amateurs de nouveauté sera le live de Disturbrainer: Ces artistes peux connus de la scene parisienne s'adonnent dans des sonoritées tournant entre gabber et hardcore avec un kick en général plus qu' efficace !!!
De plus nous invitons Banban (Frenetek) et Damm (Cyberkoin), deux Djs de talent qu'on ne présente plus et qui sauront mettre le feux a

Sa va déboiter, nous sommes chaud-bouillant. Avant dernière soirée pour notre part dans ce lieu. Car nous changeons de résidence pour
Maissouille, artiste incontournable alliant la Tribe au Hardcore, présente son nouvel album « Onde de choc ». A cette occasion, le label Audiogenic revient distiller son hardcore sans compromis avec la tournee « onde de choc » du 7 novembre au 20 février.
