About me: My love affair with playing music started by strumming tennis racquets along with my Beatles records when I was about 11. My first "real" guitar was bought a couple of years later by my Dad on a trip to Mexico. He bought it to hang on the wall next to a sombrero (what can I say - it was Southern California in the '70s). The action was excruciating and the intonation awful, but with the help of a CCR chord book I was able to plunk out a few songs. When I figured out that girls had a thing for musicians, the deal was sealed. I went down to the crossroads & bargained away my soul.
I've followed my muse over the years through Hair Metal, Folk-Rock, New Age Jazz, Electronic & Techno-Rock (ah, the foolishness of youth...), Rockabilly, Soul/R&B, and of course, Blues.
My current band Nasty Habits has been playing local club gigs in the Portland area for about 5 years.

Life is going good here... we just found out we are having a baby boy!!!! im excited???? Dad is doing very well too so that is good.. glad to hear you are doing good... hows the band doing???? me and jeremy are going to have to come and watch one of you shows when we are in portland!!!!
