Born Terina Maria White on August 29 in Memphis,TN, the rapper/songwriter/poet/storyteller says God put the love of music in her heart at a very early age.After going back and forth between music and modeling she started to see her true calling was being more than just a pretty face but a powerful voice.Hard times followed after the birth of her two sons.A long battle with postpartum depression stunted all of her writing and recording efforts. It wasn't untill getting a much needed push from close friends and family that things started to take off. "My mom came to my house one evening and literally drug me to her truck to take me to the studio.Once I stepped into the studio for the first time since all of my drama, it was on.I've been in a zone since that point.My passion for music grows everyday."
People are not only drawn to her beauty but her cool, calm, smooth voice as well. Memphis Rap group the S.S Boys called Te.Marie Simply irresistable,very impressive,and a joy to work with.
