Bio:

Temtris is already known as one of the most dynamic, if controversial, bands in the genre. Displaying an infectious blend of technical skill and powerful song-writing ability, Temtris are a direct result of the band’s constant conviction to their craft and their fans. Founding members Anthony 'Fox' Roberts (Guitar) and Genevieve Rodda (Vocals) came through the early years together in Labyrinth (also known as Labrynthia for a brief time). In the beginnings of Temtris the duo was joined by guitarist/songwriter/vocalist Llew ‘Azhael’ Smith (Deiform, Malice, Ravensgate) Wayne Campbell (Mortal Sin) was also a founding member. (Check out the Video of this early line up Temtris playing at the Rock Ape in Canberra - also features Aaron Warboys (Bane of Isuldur) on bass duties. Coming Soon) This line-up completed the group's first studio recording, 'Threshold'. Good luck finding a copy - (or well done if you've got one), 'cos the band only did a limited press run and only made them available at shows. This was followed up with the groups second release 'Masquerade' (This one's much easier to get hold of - follow the links) More recently Temtris have been joined by bassist Dale Green, already well known on the Australian scene from his work with 'Delinquent'. Together with 'drummist' James Rodwell this pair has taken over the engine room and excitingly, found the chemistry to take Temtris up another gear. Having cut their teeth with a series of underground 'warm up' concerts, including an appearance at the South Coast's ISER Junior Music Camp (check out the video footage coming soon you insane headbangers!!!). The studio and further more 'official' concerts beckon. To keep you going until then, the group has completed a single track release under the guidance of new producer Sid Green (look him up under f..king unreal drummer - ex Mantissa, Iota - Currently Tonks and Green). Sid is the drummer on the track, Fox took care of the bassing. A film clip was planned but as yet a producer hasn't been found (Ah, the music industry in Australia - how do any of us survive?).
