We stole a bag full old tapes with the KINGS J. Biafra, Queen, Hendrix, Deep Purple, Rolling Stones, AC-DC. Motorhead, Iron Maiden, Sepultura, Suicidal Tendencies, Anthax, Slayer, Metallica, Machine Head, KMG, Africa, España, latinoamerica,Ché Guevara & all Tampa Metal bands you know, cook them all in a boiler, ate them; and first concert on february 12th, 1994 in Pinar del Río, Cuba. Defined as an Ethno Metal band with the most interesting mix of metal with elements of the afrocuban music, Tendencia became unique at both: national and international scenes. The most awarded metal band in Cuba with three official albums released:
- CD-“Re-evolución” (2001)- Label System Shock (Germany) SPV
- CD-Rebeldes” (2005)- Label EGREM(Cuba)
- CD- “Confidencial” (2009)- Label Santo Grial(Spain)
Most Awarded Metal band in the island.

Tendencia has toured Venezuela(2005), Spain(2007, 2008) and Germany(2009) participating at important Rock Festivals like Gilman Fest, Festival Derrame Rock, Festival Extremúsica, Rock & Motos, Festival Vila Rock, Festival Villena Suena, Death Over Dösseldorf, Trebur Open Air, Dithmarsher Rock Festival, entre otros.
Tendencia has shared stages with bands like Clawfinger, Dog Eat Dog, Die Totten Hosen, Barón Rojo, Molotov, Europe, Moonspell, RA, Medina Azahara, Fe de Ratas, KOMA, Mojinos Escozios, Avalanch, Hamlet, Paul Gilman, Su Ta Gar, Gatillazo, Barricada, Los Suaves, Skizoo, 5 Bugs, Panteón Rococo, Punktazo, Devine Noise Attack, Ravage, My cold embrace, among others.

aplastantemente no sólo la final española, sino también la alemana, volvemos a
la carga. La idea es demostrar en la final que si en algún sitio se hace buen
metal, es aquí, y que ya va siendo hora de que nos hagan un huequito en la
escena internacional, pues las bandas españolas tienen mucho que decir.
Para eso, se abre la veda a todo el que quiera participar en la
próxima edición. Los requisitos son pocos y las posibilidades muchísimas, ¡ven a
formar parte de la batalla!
