Ten Mile Burial is a metal band from Boston, Massachusetts. The four members joined forces in 2006 to form this diverse project. They have all played in other bands but have found their calling with this one. They put together unique songs, musicianship and stage presence for a great live experience.
Vocalist: Shawn Rossi is a native Bostonian and a gut wrenching singer. He takes the knots in his stomach and puts them in yours with his intense vocal style. He has been recording and gigging since his teens.
Guitarist: Nate Coleman grew up in Maine then came to the big city to pursue music where he went to Berklee College of Music. He has been dedicated to the guitar for twenty years and puts it all together by ripping it up metal style.
Finally, on drums: Chakib Lakhdar The percussionist extraordinaire. He brings an overseas style that feels at home with Ten Mile Burial. He has toured in Tunis, France and all around the USA.
Ten Mile Burial, trudging through the brimstone and embers of the underworld, emerge from the trail of the lost to bring forth this ominous music. The mission has been long and grueling but they're here to turn some heads and get them head banging. Vocalist, Shawn the Judge Mental captures the audience with a gut blasting roar of emotion. Demon Nate possesses his guitar to play the horror. Bassist Aaron the Agrarian summons the low end with his five strings of madness. Percussionist Lord Chakib holds down the rhythm of the damned and anything that tries to escape. The well seasoned musicians in this band have played in others but this is the project of utmost importance.
So you haven’t heard about the “Ten Mile Burial”, that stretch of road where the remains of thirty nine people we’re found. “The Devil was in town” was the headline in the local paper. There are some strange details that go along with this story. Like one tooth from each of the 39 were buried together in 10 locations 1 mile apart. Other body parts were randomly buried along that desolate ten mile stretch of old route 112. Only one of the identified victims was local, all the others we’re from all around the world. No connections have been made linking the victims. Investigations have found no real suspects and the whole situation is baffling the authorities. Some say it was a worldly psychopath and some think it must have been aliens. More to come when more in known……
