Tentacles Heavenward is the upstate NY based, acoustically driven outfit through which Berklee College of Music graduate, Zac Kissinger, wholeheartedly tests the boundaries of the post-folk genre. Pooling the vocal talents of his internationally known sibling, Brittny Kissinger, with his own passion for eclectic songwriting, Zac's acoustic duo exemplifies progressive melody and intense, poetic core. Tentacles Heavenward captures the complexity of early Rush, the sincerity of Elliot Smith, and the inventive lyrical prowess of Ani DiFranco, yet emerges with sound that is refreshingly stripped-down and unmistakably it's own. Zac's angular guitar approach, coupled with intricate male/female dueling vocal arrangements, anchor this brother/sister team as they contest logic, embrace confusion, and venture far beyond the realms of traditional song structure. . . . . .

Yay! Only $5. I dont buy music much anymore because it is soo expensive! any cd $5 with good music will be a cd i will buy. Being a student i cant afford finances and lots of extra spending. A dry confessional is my favorite song of yours. That is why it is on my profile for now.
