Tepetricy: 'Standing together, united in a state of aggressive euphoria.'
Tepetricy's creation began as far back as 2003, mixing melodic hard rock and
metal to create a sound much like Dream Theater, Muse, Deftones, 30 Seconds
to Mars, Radiohead and Mudvayne. After an inspiring run in 2006, playing with
such bands as Nothingface, Earshot, Rikets & 3 Inches of Blood, Tepetricy met
with celebrated producer Rob Genadek and made plans for their first record.
They also met with friends and founders of Prime Productions, Ryan Taylor &
Scott Fitzloff, to shoot a music video for the song "A Lonesome Night in Triage."
The greater part of 2007 was an exhausting push of recording, planning,
sleepless nights, and a race against time. "Shaking the Rust Internally" was
released on November 10th 2007 in their hometown of Duluth, MN to a packed
and energized house of amazing fans, friends and family.
Already 2008 has proven nothing but success for Tepetricy as they have shared
the stage with the likes of Sonata Arctica and Candlemass. With the excitement
ofthe album still lingering, there is already talk of a second release estimated
by the spring of 2009.

This Friday, we are debuting a project called Sonic Transformations. Every month or so we will present a new audio-visual performance based on a different theme/story. We will be collaborating with artists and other creative musicians along the way so let us know if you have something you'd want to bring into this project.
The first in the series is called "AN OBJECT TO CRAVE". Live music and visuals based on a short story about life, love, loss, fantasy, obsession and death.
Another group of mine, The Magnetrons, which plays an exciting and innovative Livetronica set (i.e. STS9, Disco Biscuits, The Histronic) will also be playing. It will be a musical adventure, and we hope that you can come participate :)
