Growing up in Greenfield, Indiana, I have a long history listening to and performing country music. I was there with long hair when Outlaw Country started with David Allan Coe, Kris Kristofferson, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. I learned music on the styles of Merle Haggard, George Jones, Gene Watson, Hank Williams, Freddie Hart, and many, many more… After a long hiatus from the music scene to gear my efforts toward a career at General Motors, I am back playing today’s country all around Detroit. I joined Mark Richardson and Tequila Town for their 2008 Michigan festival tour and played with them into their 2009 show. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Mark and some of the finest musicians around the area. My thanks to all of them for allowing me to play and enjoy the music. I am currently doing fill in work while looking for my next country project.
