ROCKIN' ON AIR SINCE 1997 Terapia Rock nasce nel dicembre del 1997 e si presenta, in un panorama radiofonico contaminato da quintali e quintali di musica "commerciale", come un Radio Show interamente dedicato alla musica rock a 360 gradi. Una vera e propria innovazione in una scena radiofonica locale che, sebbene fittamente popolata di piccole emittenti, aveva pochissimi spazi dedicati esclusivamente alla musica rock (e quei pochi spazi erano tutti griffati Radio Emme).
Inizialmente la trasmissione andava in onda tutti i venerdi' sera ed aveva una durata di circa quaranta minuti. Da li' il nome "Terapia Rock", ossia una pillola di Musica per rinfrancare lo spirito dei rocker al termine della giornata e della settimana. Col passare degli anni, la trasmissione si sposta al lunedi' e si spalma su una durata di novanta minuti, interamente autogestiti dalle voci storiche del programma: Antonio e Gil. Diventa quindi un vero e proprio Rock Radio Show in cui si alternano - tra le tante cose - interviste con band underground e mostri sacri, airplay di novita' e rarita' discografiche, concorsi in collaborazione con le piu' importanti etichette discografiche europee.
Dopo dieci anni di vita (e quasi ottocento ore di diretta), Terapia Rock ha marcato con la sua presenza le tappe piu' importanti della storia recente del rock, ed ha assistito all'ascesa verso il successo di numerose bands (e anche alla scomparsa di qualcuna...).
Attualmente Terapia Rock va in onda tutti i lunedi' sera sui 100.4 e 96.8 FM di Radio Emme (o in streaming su www.radioemme.it) dalle 21.30 fino alle 23.00 e, se ancora non lo si era capito, ha veramente tanto rock da somministrare alle orecchie dei suoi Terapiarockers! ROCKIN' ON AIR SINCE 1997 english version Terapia Rock KtrK was born december 1997. It made its debut - in a radio-scene full of tons and tons of "plastic pop music" - as a Radio Show totally dedicated to 360° Rock Music. It was such an innovation for the Italian radio-scene of the period because, even if there were so many radio stations, rock was airplayed just during a couple of shows (and these shows - let me say that - were all Radio Emme's).
At the beginning, KtrK was on air every friday evening. The show was just a forty minutes one. That's why it's called "Terapia Rock" or a pill of good music just to ease the spirit of the rockers at the end of the week.
Years go by and KtrK was shifted to monday night. With this new position in the programme schedule of the radio, the shows is widened to ninety minutes. Djs Antonio and Gil hosted the Rock Radio Show airing killer rock songs, interviews with bands and rock contests.
Ten years after (yes, like the band...) KtrK has seen and lived the recent history of rock. It has seen many bands reach the top (and also seen some fall down...)
Today, Terapia Rock KtrK is on air each monday on www.radioemme.it from 21.30 to 23.00 (italian time) and - if you still haven't understood it - has got a big bunch of rock for Terapiarockers ears! realeditorbest profile tools

Un intero anno di pre produzione è finalmente alle spalle e siamo pronti per entrare in studio a Gennaio 2010. Ilfull lenght di debutto si intitolerà "THE DAMNED NEXT DOOR (know your neighbors!)", sarà prodotto da Carlo Bellotti(Necromass,Gf93) e Alessandro Paolucci(Rebel Devil, Raw Power), e sarà registrato al WESTLINK RECORDERS di Pisa. Siamo molto entusiasti e non vediamo l'ora di poter dar vita a questa nostra creatura. Presto nuove news e aggiornamenti, nel frattempo continuate a supportare Jade e il fottuto metallo!!!
