El concepto de Tercer Cuarto ha estado vivo de alguna forma u otra a traves de la última década. En 1998, amigos de infancia se juntaron para crecer, construir y transmitir a través de la música.
Muchas etapas pasaron y muchas ideas fraguaron a lo largo de este camino, pero no fue hasta el año 2006 que TC realmente encontro un espacio dentro de su propia música.
Luego de muchos cambios, luego de muchas historias, Pablo Mora, Eduardo Castro, Myron Sullivan y Leonardo Perez se encontraron en las salas de ensayo de Caracas creando rock con libertades.
La música ha ido fluyendo desde entonces y el concepto fue creciendo ensayo a ensayo. Durante los últimos dos años, la banda se dedicó a moverse en el espacio que existe para la música en Caracas, generando cantidad de buenas memorias, buenos toques y más importante, fue durante esta época que la banda encontró su sonido.
Mientras este proceso se consumaba, en Marzo de 2008 la banda publico su primer EP "Tiempo" luego un trabajo que arrancó en el 2006 de la mano del productor caraqueño Aldo Lamana.
Lo que se inicio como la grabación de un disco, terminó en el lanzamiento de 2 trabajos separados que resumen el producto de la banda durante los años.
Mientras "Tiempo" representó un destilado de los sonidos que movieron a TC en sus inicios, el segundo EP de la banda "Nuevo Dia" muestra lo que pasó en los dos últimos años de evolución en los cuales se encontraron estas 4 personalidades juntas.
Grabado en vivo en Marzo de 2008 de la mano de Claudio Ramirez, "Nuevo día" muestra la cara más cruda, más potente y al mismo tiempo más melódica de la banda.
La idea era divertirse mientras se hacia una pieza que sirviera como fiel tributo a las influencias, el producto final sirve para entender cómo sonó tercer cuarto en ese momento.

Since forming in 2000, Caraca's Tercer Cuarto has essentially been innovating and looking for alternative ways of doing rock music. After Myron Sullivan and Leonardo Perez tried to launch the project one decade ago, the band found itself complete in 2006 when the lineup was finally locked in and the recording of “Tiempo”, the first EP of the band started. Pablo Mora and Eduardo Castro completed the lineup and immediately the band started to Tour around the spaces that are given for music In Venezuela to support this EP when it was relased in 2008. The second EP of the Band “Nuevo Dia” was launched in 2009 to complete the first wave of releases that compiles the first stage of the project. The Band is currently in indefinite hiatus because of the migration of Leonardo Perez to London. There are always discussions to keep the project alive and keep releasing new music under the label SOLANA in the future.
