Terc Martinez grew up in New Orleans.. A direct descendent of Jean Lafitte, he began performing as a young teen in the French Quarter. After training in Opera at Loyola University, Terc then pursued his musical career as a featured vocalist on numerous stages throughout America and Europe, including performances with the Bolshoi in Moscow. His ability to sing in English, Spanish and Italian served him well as he continued his musical journey from London to New York and eventually to the city of Los Angeles. He decided to return to his hometown to join in the renewed efforts to develop New Orleans into a mecca for music, stage and screen.
Terc’s vocal influences include Luciano Pavarotti, Billie Holiday, Elvis Presley, Marvin Gaye and David Bowie. An accomplished musician, he can play a variety of instruments, including piano, guitar and drums. He has just recently completed his album, “Canciones De Mi Alma,” a collection of classic Latin songs. Terc also plans to release a brand new album in English, completely recorded and mastered in New Orleans...
Just checking in with you my friend and hoping you are well!
