All the instruments (except the drums) in these song samples are played on two guitars at once. There are a bass low E and A on the left hand guitar and the other four are guitar strings D, G, B, E. The right hand guitar has a guitar synth layering the piano, organ, vibes etc. standard tuning also. All the leads are tapped with the right hand, and rhythm with the left.
These are your basic two aluminum electric guitars hooked together and mounted on a drum stand.
