I understand this all too well. It was the only way I could have hurled myself out of some negative and dangerous scenarios. It's kind of like running away from a madman and then running to the edge. You are afraid to jump, but when you turn to look back... someone's about to shoot you! So, you overcome the fear quickly, right?
