About me:

Born in September 1960, married to Dave in November 1982. Spent 10 years with my husband and family during his military career moving from NC to SC to VA to WA to Belgium and back to NC. Moved to Oregon in 2000. I love this peaceful little "secret" valley we live in. I love to work in my yard with my flowers and roses. I create little gardens all around the house with names like: rose garden, secret garden, "little bird's" garden, etc. I have been known to rearrange my flowers by digging some up and moving them to create a new look. Wierd, I know but I can't help it! I like to read especially in the evenings, doing everything I can to make a peaceful home, talking with my children (who are grown), talking with my grandchildren (who live all over the country) and spending time with friends.

Who I'd like to meet:

Miss Emily Rayner in Kinston, NC; Little Lilly Miller in TN; and Jared Miller in Temple, TX. Three grandchildren I haven't seen other than photos.

    Chris is HOME!!!! We went and picked up John yesterday! It's so good to have him HOME too!!! Both are doing great and having fun.

    Hey guys! Doing better... eating, sleeping again. Still having some pajama days. Dave took me out to eat on Saturday night. It was wierd being out of the house. I'm still having some crying bouts but doing much better containing them. I miss my little guy but I have to believe that there's a reason why he's not here. I pray for him constantly and can't wait to see him next Monday, 3/9. I hope all goes well and he's happy and settled.
