I love my family. They are my reason to get up in the morning! I also enjoy reading. I love to learn, which is why I like reading. Politics intrest me. I enjoy scrapbooking, (Buying new scrapbook paper is almost an addiction.)I like to walk outside. I love to cheer on the sidelines as my kids play their sports. Sleep intrests me, but eludes me many nights. I enjoy having coffee with a friend, I like to play games and euchre. I like to organize, color coordinating bins and baskets give me a natural high. I love to play softball. I love to be in the sunshine. I love my laptop. I love wireless internet! I love Florida and need to get there more often! I love Colorado and would love to have a home there someday! I love people that give up their lives to serve others.

I love music, my ipod is never far from me! I am on a huge Country Music kick right now. I appreciate most expressions of music, with the exception of rap and metal. I would have to say my favorite would be thoughtful lyrics and soulful music, expressing a heart of love for God.

The greatest joy in my life is being a wife and mom. I know it sounds eye rolling "whatever" cheesy, but it is the truth! My favorite thing in the world is being with my family. They keep me laughing and it is just a happy place. My kids are loud. My kids are sporty. My kids are not clean every moment of life. They do and say things that astound me. They are my first priority, and I can not believe God gave me them as a job. It is hard sometimes, but so very rewarding!
I have a passion for people. I love to get to know people and what makes them tick! I also love to hear stories, real stories. I appreciate authenticity more than anything. I have grown comfortable in my skin and encourage the people in my life to just be themselves. I have messed up enough to understand grace and I believe it is important to extend grace to others and look at people through the eyes of compassion instead of judgment. My life has taken many twists and turns. If I have learned one thing it is this, I try very hard to keep the words "always" and "never" out of my vocabulary! Being a "black and white" person in a world that isn't always so co-operative can be hard...I am SO thankful I have slowed down enough to see the colors around me. People are vivid and creative; their lives are full of untold stories and unfulfilled dreams. I love that part of my job is to draw those things out of people and help them to see their dreams and passions become a reality.
I am glad you weighed in on my bulletin. I do have very strong feelings when I feel that so many people are so strongly affected by something that has concepts in it that are so unbiblical. Especially, when it has to do with the Lord, the Holy Spirit & Jesus! Sometimes people are not grounded enough in the word to understand that the statements made in that book are NOT what the word of God says & some are totally opposite. Anyway, we are all called to do different things & I felt the Lord was stirring my spirit to write that blog & bulletin. We can agree to disagree & I still love ya!!!

Its been a while my friend!!! VBS has ended and it was an amazing week. The kids had sooo much fun as did the adults. We leave for NY on monday! its gonna be such a relaxing vaca. Whatcha been up to these last 2 weeks. Love, Love, MUAH!!!!!!!!
