Terje Evensen has been a dedicated musician since he, at age twelve swapped in his trumpet for a drum kit and realised his true calling as a talented and innovative impro-jazz drummer. Having toured Europe, Peru, Japan and New Zealand, his sound is international. At his studio Stereo in Oslo, Terje is working on various projects as a composer, producer and sound engineer. From the hard-core electronic jazz of Spin Marvel, to the phrased melodic improvisations of Pd Conception and on to the experimental pop stylings of Bark, Evensen’s discography creates an eclectic and resonating selection of musical genres.
