Launched in April 2007, Terrascope Audio Entertainments aims to bring a flavour of the legendary Terrastock festivals to the smaller stage.
Past UK events have included gigs in Oxford (Rob Sharples, Sharron Kraus, Tara Jane ONeil and United Bible Studies), Nottingham (Ellen Mary McGee, Hush Arbors, Adrian Crowley and Voice of the Seven Woods), Bristol (Monster Bastard Project, Tanakh and United Bible Studies, followed by Richard Youngs, Alex Neilson and Team Brick) and Bath (Directing hand, Team Brick and Rob Sharples)
Two compilation CDs, now sold out, have also been released, with more planned.
The first U.S. Tea Party took place on August 16th, 2007 at the Mellwood Arts Center, Louisville, Kentucky from 6 -10:30pm featuring live music by Draft Riots and Ever Constant Sea, followed by a showing of the movie 'Half-Cocked' featuring Jason Noble, Jon Cook, and Tara Jane O'Neil.
The second U.S. Terrastock TEA Party in Louisville took place September 13th, 2007, again at the Mellwood Arts & Entertainment Center. The lineup featured Savage Sven, Bosco Stravinsky, Murals and d.w. box
The third took place in Austin, Texas on the weekend of May 10th, 2008 followed by a Tea Party in on May 31st.31 May 2008 at the Springwater, Nashville TN.
The most recent UK TEA Party took place in London on October 11th 2008, featuring The Bevis Frond, nick nicely and The Left Outsides.
